Road Map for Spiritual Growth
This road map was created to help new believers or those wishing to take their faith to another level. It is intended to guide you through some steps to help you grow and mature in your faith and get connected with Christian community.
1. Discover Baptism
Water Baptism is an external sign of the internal change that Jesus Christ has done when a person believes in Him.
Who should be baptized? A person must be a believer in Christ to be ready for baptism. There is no reason for delaying baptism. As soon as a person declares trust in Christ, they should be baptized.

2. Develop a Plan for Spiritual Growth

Pick up a complimentary Bible from the Information Centre or The Compass. The Through-the-Bible Reading Plan is a good way to get started or read the Gospel of John.

4. Get Connected
- Join a Group. We hope you accept the invitation to take your place in a group. Watch for points of connection in The Crossing.
- You can also check out Celebrate Recovery and experience a small group or your Alpha small group may wish to continue meeting.
- Attend ministry events. There are a variety of ministry groups to get involved with! Check out The Crossing for more information.
- Serve in a ministry using the gifting God has given you.
